ZONZE offers expert 3D printing solutions tailored to your specific project requirements. Whether you need fast-turnaround prototypes or durable end-use components, we provide high-resolution additive manufacturing with exceptional detail and accuracy.
Utilizing cutting-edge technologies like SLA, FDM, SLS, and SLM, our 3D printing capabilities achieve tight tolerances down to ±0.2 mm. With deep experience and advanced equipment, our team ensures every part meets your specifications — delivered on time and built to perform.
SLA
SLA 3D printing transforms liquid resin into solid, highly detailed parts using laser-based curing. This process delivers excellent dimensional accuracy and an ultra-smooth surface finish, making it the perfect choice for complex models and precision prototypes.
FDM
FDM 3D printing builds parts layer by layer by extruding melted thermoplastic, offering strong, cost-effective prototypes and end-use parts.
SLS
SLS 3D printing uses a laser to selectively sinter powder into solid layers, creating tough, functional parts with complex shapes—perfect for demanding, end-use applications.
SLM
SLM technology uses laser energy to fully melt metal powder, forming complex, high-performance metal components. It’s a top choice for industries like aerospace, medical, and heavy manufacturing.
China-Based Expansive Manufacturing Network
With its own manufacturing facilities and a carefully selected partner network in China, ZONZE enables rapid turnaround and scalable production of custom metal and plastic components—delivering consistent quality and dependable results across every project.

Titanium Alloy Printing Surface Finishes

Heat Treatment
Titanium parts often undergo heat treatment processes like annealing or hot isostatic pressing (HIP). This improves strength, ductility, and fatigue resistance while minimizing residual stresses caused during the additive manufacturing process.

Sandblasting, Polishing
Techniques such as sandblasting, vibratory finishing, or manual polishing are used to remove surface roughness, build lines, or unmelted powder. A smoother surface is essential for medical implants or aerospace components requiring low friction or better aesthetics.

CNC Machining
Since additive processes may not meet fine dimensional accuracy, CNC milling or turning is often used as a secondary process. This ensures critical surfaces meet high-precision requirements, especially for parts with tight fits or threaded holes.

Anodizing or Chemical Passivation
Titanium can be anodized or chemically treated to create a protective oxide layer. This not only improves corrosion resistance but also modifies surface energy, which is beneficial for biomedical applications (e.g., better osseointegration in implants).
What is Metal 3D Printing?
Additive manufacturing, commonly referred to as 3D printing, is a cutting-edge production method that builds physical objects directly from digital 3D models. Instead of removing material as in traditional subtractive manufacturing, 3D printing constructs parts by depositing material layer upon layer. This layer-by-layer approach enables the fabrication of complex shapes, detailed features, and lightweight structures with minimal material waste. Widely used across industries such as rapid prototyping, product design, aerospace, and healthcare, 3D printing supports fast production cycles and high levels of customization. Its efficiency, cost savings, and design flexibility make it a powerful solution for modern manufacturing applications.
