As soon as your order is confirmed, our skilled engineering team initiates a comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis within 24 hours. By identifying risks early and enhancing manufacturability, we help streamline production and avoid costly errors down the line—getting your product to market faster and more efficiently.

Quality Assurance Before Manufacturing

Before production begins, we perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to ensure all materials meet your required standards. All material suppliers must provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA), while our advanced inspection tools—including XRF analyzers and infrared carbon & sulfur analyzers—verify material composition and performance.

Ongoing Quality Control During Manufacturing

We carry out First Article Inspection (FAI) prior to full production to verify that parts meet all design specifications. Different production services require unique quality measures. For CNC machining, we follow DIN ISO2768 medium (fine) standards to guarantee precision. For injection molding and urethane casting, we optimize and document ideal mold setups to ensure consistent results across runs.
